How to hide status bar in Android and make Activity Full screen | Android Tutorials

In this tutorial we are going to hide our status bar and will make our activity full screen.

So, for making that happen you have make some changes in your AndroidManifest file. Don't worry just copy and paste the below code to your AndroidManifest, it should look like this...
As you can see above you just have to specify the theme. But its not done yet.

Now we also have to add below code to the Activity's Java file you want to make full Screen.
As above you have to add the code in the same manner to make it work. after adding all that just Test it out and its all done now.
